I'm not to fond of it myself and i'm going to draw another one for you at some point, one that hopefully will look a lot better.

Shows great promise - The legs are done pretty goodt and the waist too. The twist of her body is easy to recognize too, which is good - maybe her head and facials needs a little practise, as the eyes seems to be placed too high (should be approx. in line with the eartips). The head in general is a little too small.
Cool with the phoenix effect - I live in Denmark, and in our cartoons here, we haven't yet seen her manifest the phoenix power.
